All cancellations must be received in writing 10 working days before
the event. Thereafter the full training fee is payable. Delegate
substitutes are welcome at any time. If you do not receive
communication outlining participation details one week prior to the

Siyanqoba reserves the right to change the date or cancel an advertised course without liability.
