Confidence and Assertiveness

Based on SAQA's Unit Standard ID 9506 NQF Level 4, 4 Credits

Achieving successful working relationships with colleagues is not always easy. Many of us fall into the trap of aggressive behaviour which only produces antagonism. Sometimes we play a passive role in which we, and our contributions, are likely to be undervalued.

There is of course a middle ground inhabited by those who can get the best from their colleagues, earn respect and create a constructive working atmosphere.
