Covering the fundamentals of design, delivery and evaluation, this intensive course gives new trainers a unique opportunity to effectively and confidently deliver high impact training.

This practical course provides a comprehensive foundation for new trainers in training session design, development and delivery. The practical and interactive format enables individuals to develop their skills and confidence in a supportive environment and ensures the successful transfer of new skills into the workplace.
