These courses are run at five-star venues, and include a light meal on arrival, finger snacks during the tea breaks, and lunch.
Each candidate receives a comprehensive manual relevant to the course content and a beautifully framed Certificate of Attendance.
Formal Assessment Process (Optional)
This would include completing a POE (Portfolio of Evidence) not an exam.
This POE will be moderated and Assessed by a constituent assessor and Moderator.
Delegates are continually assessed within the classroom environment and provided with feedback during the programme. Assessment takes the form of role- plays and exercises relating to day-to-day business activities. At the start of the programme delegates will be required to identify areas they have difficulty with, so that the trainer can focus on these areas. Delegates will then have time at home to complete the POE and to send it in for Assessment.
Once found competent, your results will be verified by the relevant SETA before they’ll issue you with a Statement of Results and/or Certificate of Competence.
Siyanqoba will issue you with a certificate of attendance for any course you attend, with or without formal assessment.
