Delegates are continually assessed within the classroom environment and given regular feedback during programme rollout. Trainers, together with other delegates in the group, provide constructive input and assessments are based on practical exercises.
Delegates are assessed on aspects of the programme that are key to developing effective business skills. Assessment methods include role- plays and exercises relating to day-to-day business activities. At the start of the programme delegates are asked to identify areas they have difficulty with so that  trainers can use a more focused approach. Optional pre and post-course assessments are also available for in-house training programmes.
